We can certainly help you get started! Many of our customers prefer to use a content management system. A content management system is an accessible website builder. No HTML knowledge is required. Our preferred content management systems are Wordpress and Drupal, and we can offer setup and training for both systems. VTS label printer is now available!
Do you have difficulty printing addresses on Articles for the Blind labels or blank labels that normally require sighted assistance? Have you ever wanted to use a simple accessible program to print address labels on your own instead of using inaccessible programs provided with your label printer? If so, this program is for you! Visually impaired people often struggle to print address labels reliably and consistently. The addresses are printed at a slant, or sometimes not printed in the correct position on a label. VTS Label Printer is a program that enables a visually impaired person to consistently and reliably print address labels independently without sighted help. The program can print addresses on pre-printed "Articles for the Blind" labels, such as those sold by the RNIB, and on blank labels with an "Articles for the Blind" or "Free Matter for the Blind" header. It can also print an address without a header if sending mail to someone who is not visually impaired, with "To" and "From" headers. The program also has a built in address book to save your addresses. Fore more information, please click here.
Our Windows 10 try before you upgrade service has launched!
Windows 10 is the latest operating system from Microsoft. Users have until the end of July 2016 to upgrade from Windows 7 or 8.1 to Windows 10 for free. However, many users are unsure if Windows 10 is right for them or not. Although users have 30 days to try Windows 10 and downgrade if they do not like it, people have reported that sometimes, downgrading has not gone smoothly and remnants of Windows 10 are left behind making their systems slower.
Our Windows 10 try before you upgrade service aims to solve this problem. You can try Windows 10 in all its glory without installing it on your own computer. All you need is a copy of NVDA with the NVDA remote add-on, or team viewer installed on your system. Both software programs are available free of charge to download, and we can help you to install them if necessary at no extra cost. You will then be able to remotely log in to our machine running Windows 10 and try all the features of Windows 10, change settings, install programs, in short anything you would normally be able to do on your own system. You will also have the chance to try out Office 2016. For more information, please click here.
